The purpose of these General Conditions (hereinafter General Conditions) is to define the terms and conditions under which, on the one hand, the Company ATELIER SEPTENTRION (hereinafter the Company) registered with the CMA of Rennes (35) under number 85139136700022 whose head office is located at 3 rue Gisèle Freund 35000 Rennes (VAT number: FR86851391367) and whose managers are Nicolas Mangin and Mathias Baden, provides its Users with Products, software, services (hereinafter collectively the Services) via its website www.atelierseptentrion.com (hereinafter the Site) and on the other hand, the way in which the User accesses the Site and uses these Services.
1.2. Acceptance of the General Conditions
Any access to the Site and/or Use of the Services is subject to the acceptance and respect without restriction or reservation of all the terms of the General Conditions and their unconditional acceptance. They therefore constitute a contract between the Site and the User.

Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of any of these elements by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of the Company is strictly prohibited and could constitute an offense of infringement within the meaning of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
The ATELIER SEPTENTRION brand is a trademark registered by the firm HSA, 40 Boulevard de la tour d'Avergne, left ground floor, 35000 Rennes, as agent for the Company.
Any representation and/or reproduction and/or partial or total exploitation of this brand, of any nature whatsoever, is totally prohibited.
